Job summary

LCI-Lawinger Consulting is seeking an experienced Swiss CNC Machinist II to join our Osseo-area shop. You will independently set up and run Swiss CNC machines on intermediate-complexity jobs, applying G and M code knowledge on Citizen machines to ensure accurate production.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in CNC Swiss machining; medical manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Independent setup and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong shop math, precision measurement skills, and attention to detail.
• Comfort using computers and production tracking systems.
• High school diploma or GED; machining training or equivalent experience preferred.

Swiss CNC Machinist II | Weekend Days

Osseo Area - Full-time - On-site
$30–$39/hour + quarterly bonus opportunity with a 5% target
Friday–Sunday, 5:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Work 36 hours. Get paid for 40.

Three days on. Four days off. Full-time pay.

Put your Swiss machining skills to work making precision medical components—and keep your weekdays open. We’re looking for an experienced machinist who takes pride in accurate setups, quality parts, and helping teammates succeed in a clean, air-conditioned shop.

Your role

• Independently set up and run Swiss CNC machines on intermediate-complexity jobs.
