LCI-Lawinger Consulting in Osseo, MN is seeking a Swiss CNC Machinist II for the 2nd shift to produce precision medical components. You will own setups, troubleshoot, and ensure tight tolerances in a clean, air-conditioned shop.

$30–$39/hour + quarterly bonus opportunity with a 5% target
Monday–Thursday, 3:30 p.m.–2:00 a.m.
Put your Swiss machining skills to work making precision medical components. We’re looking for an experienced machinist who can own setups, troubleshoot confidently, and keep quality on target—all in a clean, air-conditioned shop.
Independently set up and run multi-axis Swiss CNC machines on intermediate-complexity jobs.
Read prints, interpret G and M code, and adjust tooling and offsets to maintain tight tolerances.
Inspect parts using microscopes, precision measuring tools, vision systems, and CMMs.
Use SPC data to monitor quality, reduce scrap, and meet production goals.
Keep production records accurate, communicate across shifts, and support less-experienced machinists.
Experience: 3+ years in CNC Swiss machining; medical manufacturing experience is a plus.
Independent setup and troubleshooting skills.
Strong blueprint-reading, shop math, and precision measurement skills.
High school diploma or GED; machining training or equivalent experience preferred.
$30–$39/hour, based on qualifications, plus quarterly bonus eligibility.
