Kaleo Service Group is seeking a Swiss Setup Machinist in Agawam, MA for first shift. You will set up and run Tsugami Swiss machines to produce titanium medical components, troubleshoot daily challenges, and ensure tight tolerances.
You will load programs, set tooling and offsets, and monitor quality with precision measurements. This role emphasizes independence, reliability, and steady skill development in a growing precision shop.
$30–$37/hour
Monday–Friday | 6:00am–2:30pm
We're looking for a Swiss Setup Machinist who can independently set up and run precision Swiss machining equipment and troubleshoot the day-to-day challenges that come with producing complex medical components.
You’ll work primarily on Tsugami Swiss machines, producing precision components from materials including titanium.
This is a good opportunity for a machinist who has developed solid setup skills and wants to continue building their experience in a growing precision machining environment.
You don't need to be the most senior machinist in the shop. We’re looking for someone who can take a job, set up the machine, get it running, monitor the process and make the adjustments needed to consistently produce quality parts.
The expectation is that you can work independently on your assigned machines while knowing when to ask for help on something outside your experience.
We don't need someone with 10+ years of experience. We’re looking for someone who has built a good foundation in Swiss machining and is ready to continue developing.
Monday–Friday | 6:00am–2:30pm
Many machinists choose to extend their days, commonly staying until 4:30pm.
Additional overtime opportunities may be available on Fridays based on production needs.
Overtime is completely voluntary.
If you’re a Swiss Machinist who has developed solid setup skills and wants a role where you can put those skills to work, this is a strong opportunity.
You’ll be setting up and running Tsugami Swiss machines, working with precision medical components and titanium, and troubleshooting the machining issues that come with complex, tight-tolerance work.
