The role demands hands-on independence and collaboration with Engineering and Quality.

The candidate will optimize cycle times, tool life, and efficiency while ensuring first-run validation and robust setup documentation. This is a hands-on, growth-oriented position.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Swiss CNC setup and programming experience.
• Proficiency with machine-level programming and offline CAM software.
• Understanding of tooling, offsets, fixturing, and machining optimization.
• Experience troubleshooting complex machining and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete Swiss CNC setups from scratch, including tooling, offsets, prove-outs, and first-run validation.
• Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs using machine controls and offline CAM software.
• Execute complex machine changeovers and troubleshoot setup and tooling issues.
• Partner with Engineering and Quality on new product launches, first-article inspections, and process improvements.
• Improve cycle times, tool life, throughput, and machining efficiency while minimizing scrap.
• Maintain accurate setup documentation, tooling lists, and program records.

We are searching for an experienced Swiss CNC Setup / Programmer for a growing precision manufacturing company. This is a mid senior-level, hands-on technical position focused on complex Swiss CNC setups, programming, process optimization, and new product introductions.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Swiss CNC professional who can independently manage complete machine setups, troubleshoot machining challenges, and develop efficient, repeatable manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
