Job summary

Mace Machine LLC in Exeter, NH is seeking an experienced Swiss CNC programmer to join our precision shop focused on aerospace components. You will develop and optimize Swiss programs, set up Citizen lathes, and work from complex drawings to deliver repeatable, high‑quality production.

You will mentor teammates, drive setup reduction, and participate in kaizen events. Candidates should have advanced programming skills in ESPRIT CAM, deep knowledge of GD&T, and hands‑on experience with FANUC or

Qualifications

Advanced experience programming and setting up Swiss-type CNC equipment.
Proficient in ESPRIT CAM for Swiss processes.
Ability to read complex blueprints and GD&T and translate to tooling.

Responsibilities

Create, edit, simulate, and optimize Swiss programs in ESPRIT CAM.
Set up and operate Citizen Swiss-type machines to prove out processes.
Translate complex drawings, GD&T, and specs into complete machining strategies.
Choose tooling, workholding, cutting data, and toolpaths for live-tooling and multi-operation runs.
Drive to 'one-and-done' cycles wherever practical.
Troubleshoot programming, tooling, dimensional, and production issues.
Reduce cycle time while maintaining stability and quality.
Run first-piece and in-process inspections; adjust offsets and parameters.
