Qualifications

• Proven experience programming and setting up CNC Swiss lathes (Citizen experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and optimize CNC Swiss lathes (Citizen focus) for high-precision parts.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, and specs to develop efficient G-code programs.
• Select tooling, perform setups, and apply offsets for production.
• Troubleshoot machining issues, run test parts, ensure tight tolerances.
• Collaborate with machinists, QC, and engineering to improve processes.
• Maintain documentation including programs, setup sheets, and tool lists.
