Job summary

R&R Tool, Inc. in Winchester, OH is seeking experienced Swiss CNC Machine Operators for 1st shift. Set up and operate Swiss Lathe screw machines, monitor quality, and ensure parts meet print specifications.

Successful candidates will have the ability to read part drawings, use micrometers and calipers, and maintain ISO-compliant processes while upholding attendance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must understand ISO processes and machining workflows.
• Ability to read and interpret complex part drawings and dimensions.
• Experience setting cutting speeds and feed rates on Swiss CNC machines.
• Proficient in inspection using micrometers, calipers, and vision systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Swiss Lathe screw machines with automatic indexing and feeding mechanisms.
• Monitor machines during the run and adjust tooling as needed to maintain tolerances.
• Inspect completed parts and verify against prints on a daily basis.
• Read and interpret dimensions and tolerances to ensure quality.
