Job summary

Tegra Medical LLC in Franklin, MA is seeking a First Shift Swiss CNC Operator-III to support the CNC Swiss Machining department. The role involves setting up and operating CNC Swiss lathes and related machines to produce small-diameter, high-precision parts in a clean manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of Swiss CNC experience or lead-level expertise, a HS diploma or equivalent, strong blueprint reading, measurement skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to

Qualifications

• Experience operating Citizen, Star, Tsugami CNC Swiss lathes or similar CNC turning centers.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing or related fields preferred.
• Able to read blueprints and quality plans and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Swiss machines and related equipment to produce tight tolerance parts.
• Set up and adjust job parameters for complex parts.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality to meet department goals.
• Mentor apprentices and junior operators.
