Job summary

Tegra Medical LLC, headquartered in Franklin, MA, is seeking a Swiss CNC Operator-II for first shift. This full-time role requires setup and operation of CNC Swiss lathes with tight tolerances on small-diameter parts.

Responsibilities include reading setups, loading programs, performing in-process inspections, and collaborating with the team to ensure quality output while following SOPs. Benefits and on-the-job training provided, with shift differentials for other shifts.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints, drawings, specifications and quality plans.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing or precision machining is desirable.
• Ability to perform inspections using measurement tools and methods.

Responsibilities

• Set up simple to complex jobs on Swiss CNC lathes and milling machines.
• Load programs and fixtures, follow setup sheets and specs.
• Monitor machining process and adjust as needed to meet tolerances.
• Perform first piece and in-process inspections using calipers, gauges, and micrometers.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and communicate adjustments to supervisor.
• Maintain safe work practices and clean workstation.
