Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years CNC machining experience.
• Associate degree/certificate or machinist apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machines within tolerances per work instructions and drawings.
• Perform complex CNC work with close tolerances on various parts and metals.
• Change dull tooling and adjust for wear while maintaining OOQ quality.
• Ensure product quality using measurement equipment and readings interpretation.
• Maintain daily PMs, perform hand finishing, and follow GMP/GDP standards.
• Record activities in the job tracking system and support continuous improvement.
• Identify manufacturing issues and escalate to Team Lead for resolution.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and adhere to safety practices.
