The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, and the ability to operate Swiss machines. Responsibilities include following job instructions, maintaining quality control, and assisting others as needed. This role offers a competitive pay range of $27.00 - $33.00 per hour, along with excellent benefits and a 5% quarterly bonus target.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Medical Device or Component manufacturing environment.
• Able to read and write in English and do shop math.
• Extensive understanding of G and M code.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Swiss machines according to specifications.
• Monitor quality standards and maintain accurate records.
• Assist level 1 machinist as needed.
