Regal Rexnord is seeking a Swiss Machinist in Cleveland, OH to own the setup-to-run process in the Swiss department. You will configure and operate CNC Swiss machines and ensure quality at the source while collaborating with teammates.

Requires 3–5 years setting up Swiss CNC lathes, proficiency with GD&T, CNC tooling, and Mitsubishi controls. High school diploma or GED required; strong math and blueprint reading skills. On-site role with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years setting up and operating Swiss CNC lathes (required)
• Proficiency with GD&T, CNC tooling, and troubleshooting
• Experience with Mitsubishi controls; read/edit programs (G-code/M-code)
• High school diploma or GED; strong math and blueprint-reading skills
• Effective communicator who follows written and verbal directions, team contributor

Responsibilities

• Configure and operate CNC Swiss machines to meet tolerances and finish requirements.
• Read/interpret blueprints and operation drawings; apply GD&T.
• Use Mitsubishi controls to execute programs and processes.
• Employ precision gauges for in-process and final inspection.
• Support production setups, tooling changes, and troubleshooting.
• Document work, follow instructions, and collaborate with team.
