Qualifications

• Experience with Sliding Headstock (Swiss) CNC machine tools in engineering and manufacturing.
• Knowledge of machine tool industry and company product lines.
• Knowledge of Fanuc-based controls; 5-axis experience is a plus.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead turnkey projects, demonstrations, and other customer-related projects to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Conduct pre-sale activities including customer visits, opportunity evaluation, machine assessment, and turnkey proposals.
• Develop and implement complex demonstrations and train customers in safe setup and operation of CNC machinery.
• Train customers on safe setup and operation of CNC centers and multi-tasking machines.
• Prepare cost estimates, write engineering reports, and interpret plans and specs.
• Travel to customer sites for on-site training and engineering support.
