Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions in California is seeking an engineering specialist to run turnkey projects, demonstrations, and manage customer related initiatives, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

You will develop/custom demonstrations and train customers in CNC machining centers operations, perform cost estimates, write reports, and travel to client sites for on-site support.

Candidates should have experience with Swiss CNC machines, Fanuc controls, CAD/CAM, and strong decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sliding Headstock (Swiss) CNC machine tool related engineering and manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of machine tool industry and product lines represented by the company.
• Knowledge of Fanuc based controls; 5-axis experience is a plus.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and conversational programming.

Responsibilities

• Running turnkey projects, demonstrations, and other customer related projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Conducting pre-sale activities and reviews including customer visits, evaluation of opportunities, machine assessment and recommendations, part processing recommendations and development of turnkey proposal.
• Developing/ implementing custom demonstrations and training customers in the safe set up and operation of CNC machining centers, lathes, grinders, Swiss style lathes and/ or multi-tasking machines.
• Conducts training of customers in the safe set-up and operation of CNC machining centers, lathes, grinders, Swiss style lathes and/or multi-tasking machines.
• Making accurate cost estimates, writing engineering reports, and interpreting plans and specifications
• Travel to customers for on site training and engineering assistance.
