Job summary

Catholic Crosscultural Services (CCS) is seeking a full-time Manager to ensure effective delivery of SWIS services to newcomer students and families in school settings. You will lead planning, coordination with schools, and oversee program delivery models to meet objectives and funder requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, program management experience, and a commitment to inclusive, community-based service delivery.

Qualifications

• Social work degree or equivalent in Human Services.
• Minimum 3–5 years in settlement/community work.
• Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience.
• Experience in program management, staff supervision, service planning and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SWIS program delivery, monitoring and evaluation to meet funder requirements and outcomes.
• Lead planning and delivery of SWIS services across schools with administrators, staff and partners.
• Ensure equitable service distribution, staff deployment and responsiveness to newcomer needs.
• Oversee school-based activities, information sessions, workshops and summer programs.
• Develop outreach to increase awareness and uptake of SWIS services among students, families and schools.
