Christian Family Solutions seeks a School-Based Intake Specialist to manage client intake and admissions within our School-Based Counseling Partnership Program.

You will coordinate referrals, assess client needs, and work with therapists, school representatives, and referral partners to ensure smooth transitions and compassionate service. The role is full-time, largely remote with occasional on-site at Germantown, WI, and comes with a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Education, or related field.
• Three years of experience in behavioral health, social services, or school-based services, intake coordination, or related field.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client intake and admission process.
• Coordinate referrals and liaison with therapists, school staff, and referral partners.
• Schedule admissions and support discharge processes.
