Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or logistics required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in beverage distribution or consumer goods warehouse preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, order selection, and loading procedures.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety requirements.
• Experience with VIP or similar beverage distribution software preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to changing operational demands.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations during swing shift for efficient, accurate work.
• Direct workflow for warehouse associates, order selectors, forklift operators.
• Coordinate order selection, replenishment, loading, and unloading to meet deadlines.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are loaded and prepared for next day’s routes.
• Monitor productivity and adjust workflows for efficiency.
• Ensure proper use of warehouse management systems and voice-pick apps.
• Coordinate staffing and equipment needs for daily operations.
• Communicate shift priorities and challenges to management.
• Supervise and develop warehouse personnel; set performance expectations.
• Identify training needs and support employee development.
• Address performance concerns with HR and Operations as appropriate.
• Maintain safety, compliance with OSHA, and safe equipment use.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and quality control to minimize errors.
