Lignetics in Brownsville, OR is seeking a skilled Millwright for full-time, evening shift coverage (Mon-Fri, 4p-2:30a; OT possible). The role emphasizes diagnosing, repairing, and installing manufacturing equipment, with strong emphasis on safety and recordkeeping.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, plus vocational training, and 5–7 years of mechanical/electrical troubleshooting. LME/Journeyman cards and knowledge of PLCs are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; vocational training preferred.
• Five years mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills at a Journeyman level; 5-7 years preferred.
• Must be familiar with state licensing requirements in Millwright and Electrical work.
• Journeyman Millwright card preferred; LME card preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues with malfunctioning equipment and complete repairs.
• Install and set up manufacturing equipment; lead installation projects.
• Maintain communication with supervisor about equipment status and release to production.
• Maintain records using Microsoft Office/CMMS and manage inventories of parts.
• Execute preventive maintenance and assist with outage planning.
