Job summary

Lignetics Inc. is seeking a skilled Millwright to diagnose, repair and install manufacturing equipment. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, reading blueprints, and performing PM tasks in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, vocational training preferred.
• Five years mechanical and electrical troubleshooting at journeyman level; five to seven years preferred.
• LME card and Journeyman Millwright card preferred.
• Read blueprints and electrical/mechanical schematics.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office/CMMS and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment; perform minor building repairs as needed.
• Install and set up manufacturing equipment; lead installation projects.
• Maintain communication with supervisor and production; document equipment status in CMMS and related files.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and support outage planning.
