Qualifications

• 2+ years of MIG welding experience.
• 2+ years of fabrication experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently.
• Strong work ethic and coachable attitude.
• Reliable transportation.
• Preferred: AWS D1.1 Certifications (2G/3G/4G).
• Formal training from college or trade school.
• WABO certifications – huge plus!
• Strong blueprint reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and follow detailed blueprints and customer specifications.
• Fabricate and process materials for structural projects.
• Perform structural MIG welding with precision and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
• Maintain a focus on safety and productivity.
