Job summary

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring Aluminum MIG/TIG Welders for projects around Vancouver, WA. This first-shift role offers pay at $27-32 per hour, commensurate with experience and skill.

Welders will read blueprints, weld aluminum using TIG, and fabricate parts while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency on the production line. Teamwork and precise workmanship are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of production welding experience.
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Proficient in MIG and TIG welding.
• Must weld aluminum with TIG.
• Strong fitting and finishing skills.
• Reliable, team-oriented and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum components per blueprints.
• Read blueprints, product prints, and welding symbols.
• Fit and weld parts to required specifications.
• Use hand tools, clamps, grinders, and fabrication equipment.
• Build basic jigs and fixtures as needed.
• Rig, handle, and move finished parts with care.
• Inspect welds and maintain quality standards.
• Complete basic maintenance on welding equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement.
