Job summary

Victory Millwork in Lynden, WA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our swing shift. This hands-on role maintains and improves conveyors, lifts, and production equipment to keep the line running safely and efficiently.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot machinery, mentor teammates, and support operators on the production floor. Starting wage is $26.00/hr with a $1.75 shift differential plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical control systems (including PLCs).
• High integrity, sound judgment, and strong safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery and systems.
• Lead mechanical repairs, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Mentor teammates and support machine operators.
• Diagnose and resolve issues on conveyors, lifts, and other moving equipment.
