Job summary

Victory Millwork, Lynden WA, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the swing shift to keep our manufacturing lines running safely and efficiently.

You’ll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot machinery, and lead upgrades on conveyors, lifts, and electrical control systems (including PLCs). This role requires hands-on problem-solving, teamwork, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical control systems (including PLCs).
• High integrity, sound judgment, and strong safety focus.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and effective working solo or in teams.
• Strong communicator and planner with a “fix-it” mindset.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery and systems.
• Lead mechanical repairs, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Mentor teammates and support machine operators.
• Diagnose and resolve issues on conveyors, lifts, and other moving equipment.
