Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required for higher level roles.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and quick learner with manufacturing exposure.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple types of manufacturing machinery.
• Set up equipment for production runs, including tooling, calibration, and adjustment of machine settings.
• Perform in-process quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and make minor repairs or adjustments.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and notify team for improvements.
• Monitor production flow and machine performance, reporting downtime or inefficiencies.
• Complete production reports and material usage records.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Prioritize safety and adhere to PPE requirements.
• Cross-train on different machines and workstations as needed.
• Participate in plant safety program.
