Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMPs, and food safety regulations a plus
• Ability to operate forklifts is a plus (training may be provided)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and clean all equipment in the area.
• Must be able to perform all positions and rotate as needed within the department.
• Perform pre-operational and post-operational equipment checks and sanitation.
• Perform periodical lubrication of equipment as needed.
• Follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Ensure that all SOP, SSOP, GMP, Safety, and HACCP Procedures are followed.
• Record data pertaining to production, safety and quality in production logs or electronic systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with GMP.
