Avamere Living is seeking a PRN Caregiver for the Hillsboro, OR location. Swing shift 2-10pm with weekend availability. Wage ranges from $18.58 to $24.24 per hour depending on experience. Attendance bonus offers up to $100 for full-time and $75 for part-time per pay period.

The role involves assisting residents with ADLs, providing emotional support, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. Benefits are available after eligibility.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Food Handler’s Card (or ability to obtain)
• Experience with electronic medical records
• Must be 18 years or older
• Friendly, attentive, professional demeanor with residents and guests
• Genuine desire to improve quality of life for seniors

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Support mobility and transfers with residents
• Assist with meal setup, food prep, and tray removal
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Maintain clean, safe environment and manage laundry/housekeeping
• Monitor health changes and report concerns to medical staff
• Answer calls promptly and maintain confidentiality and safety
