The candidate must be at least 19 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Responsibilities include ensuring safety and effective team communication. A bachelor’s degree in social services is preferred, with related experience valued.
The Behavior Technician is responsible for supporting the clients and the structure of the program. This program will focus on identifying and stabilizing the client’s psychiatric needs with an evidence based and trauma informed approach.
This position is to maintain continuity in the daily schedule and assure safety of clients at all times. It is the expectation that communication between the team is effective and efficient and all required documentation is completed accurately and within a timely manner.
