Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a dedicated Certified Behavior Technician to support youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings. You will implement ABA-driven programs and provide 1:1 therapy.

Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will track progress, share feedback, and help clients develop communication, self-help, social skills, and other goals while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Certified Behavior Technician certification required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.

Responsibilities

Overview

Monday- 4-6, Wednesday 3-6, Thursday-4-6

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social‑skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understand and adhere to Company Policy and Procedures
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard all patient‑related information

Qualifications

• Must have a certified behavior technician certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or a behaviorally challenged population
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
• Strong ability to use problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills at all times

Salary Range

USD $21.00 - $25.00 / Hour
