Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• One year of experience working directly with children or substitute with social services education.
• Valid state issued driver's license.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass required Background Checks.

Responsibilities

• Support clients and structure of the program with a trauma informed approach.
• Maintain continuity in the daily schedule and assure client safety.
• Ensure effective communication between the team and complete documentation timely.

Skills

Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization

Ability to learn and operate required agency software and technology

Able to complete and maintain all training requirements per agency policy and procedures
