Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Ability to read routine instructions and manufacturing documents.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery per procedures and safety rules.
• Read and interpret work instructions and specifications.
• Perform basic calculations to support manufacturing and inspection.
• Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments to complete tasks.
• Handle and move materials safely with approved equipment.
• Operate material-moving equipment or obtain required certifications.
• Conduct basic equipment checks and report quality concerns.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Follow Baker Hughes HSE policies and work instructions.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain a clean work area.
