Canada Dry, a proud member of The Honickman Companies, is seeking a Swing Sales Representative in Salisbury, MD. You will be the brand face in stores, keeping shelves stocked, displays looking great, and products moving while building relationships with store managers.

The role requires weekend availability and a valid driver’s license, with mileage reimbursement and upcoming bonuses to support growth in the beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key account contacts.
• Drive outside sales revenue and increase distribution of company brands.
• Prospect for new accounts through regular outside sales calls.
• Service the account on every visit, including light merchandising.
• Lead, schedule, and sometimes execute resets to expand portfolio.
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet volume and distribution goals.
• Anticipate objections and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure products are in code, saleable, and properly merchandised.
• Maintain shelf space and secure secondary displays.
• Monitor competitive activity and report market insights.
• Support promotional events, grand openings, and special dealer requests.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and voicemails.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain company equipment and property in clean, working condition.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and recall procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Proof of insurance (state minimum required).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work weekends (required).
• Willingness to complete pre-employment background and drug screening.
