Canada Dry, a proud member of The Honickman Companies, is hiring a Swing Sales Representative in Salisbury, MD. You will be out in the field, building relationships with store managers, ensuring displays look great and products move. Weekend availability is required.

The role offers $17.85/hour plus mileage, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a $1,500 retention bonus, with overtime, holiday premium pay and medical/dental/vision benefits. Growth opportunities exist within a stable beverage company.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain store relationships.
• Experience driving outside sales and increasing distribution.
• Strong time management for field visits and planning.
• Customer service mindset with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with store managers and key contacts.
• Drive outside sales revenue and expand product distribution.
• Prospect for new accounts through regular outside calls.
• Service accounts on visits with light merchandising.
• Lead and sometimes execute shelf resets to grow portfolio.
• Develop and implement sales plans to hit volume goals.
• Monitor competitor activity and report market insights.
