Canada Dry, a proud member of The Honickman Companies, is seeking motivated Merchandisers to join our Dover, DE team. The role involves stocking shelves, building displays, and moving products with a emphasis on in-store execution.

We offer $17.85/hour plus mileage reimbursement, plus a $1000 sign-on bonus and $1500 retention bonus. Weekend availability is required, and you’ll enjoy benefits and growth opportunities in a stable beverage company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Proof of insurance (state minimum).
• Willingness to complete pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and organize products on shelves and in coolers.
• Build and maintain promotional displays.
• Ensure accurate pricing and product placement.
• Manage backstock and minimize damaged product.
• Visit assigned accounts on a set schedule.
• Build strong relationships with store teams.
• Communicate customer needs and feedback to your supervisor.
