Country View Family Farms offers a 12-month Manager Trainee Program designed to develop future leaders in swine production. The program provides hands-on farm experience across breeding to wean-to-finish operations and leadership development opportunities.

Location opportunities include Indiana and Pennsylvania, with a focus on leadership, animal welfare, and continuous improvement in a mission-driven, family-owned agricultural organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Agribusiness, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills required.
• Willingness to work hands-on in agricultural operations and grow into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive 12-month leadership and swine production training program.
• Engage in hands-on farm production activities across breeding, gestation, farrowing, and wean-to-finish operations.
• Become certified as an Animal Care Specialist while learning industry-leading animal welfare practices.
• Attend monthly leadership development workshops, seminars, and guest speaker sessions.
• Gain exposure to multiple areas of the business, including farm operations, feed milling, transportation, production systems, and plant operations.
