Qualifications

• Previous swine or livestock production experience is a plus, but not required.

• Commitment to animal welfare, biosecurity, safety, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive 12-month leadership and swine production training program.
• Engage in hands-on farm production activities across multiple operations.
• Become certified as an Animal Care Specialist.
