Job summary

Animal Science Monitor is seeking a Nutrition Support Manager to provide nutritional and technical support to our consulting teams across the Upper Midwest. The role combines swine nutrition expertise with customer-facing responsibilities and collaboration with a growing team.

You will drive adoption of new products and technologies, integrate programs into consultants’ toolkit, and travel modestly to support customers and training. Home-office supported.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in swine or animal nutrition.
• Strong technical knowledge of swine nutrition and ration formulation.
• Excellent customer-facing and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical information into practical recommendations.
• Stand-up presentation experience.
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building abilities.
• Independent work from a home office with travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and technical support to nutrition consultants.
• Evaluate nutritional challenges and develop practical recommendations.
• Assist with customer questions, product positioning, and problem solving.
• Participate in customer meetings requiring deep nutritional expertise.
• Create clear technical communications for clients.
• Oversee ration formulation.
• Oversee product and program creation for manufacturing.
• Interact with nutrition vendors.
• Learn and use formulation software.
• Collaborate on field trials and data dissemination.
