Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred in hospitality or resort settings.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation, beer, wine, and beverage service techniques.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service per state law.
• Certification in Food and Beverage Service (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes, standards, and guest preferences.
• Provide friendly, engaging, and attentive service to guests in and around the swim-up bar area.
• Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and resort policies.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar area, equipment, and service stations.
• Monitor guest behavior and consumption to promote a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and inventory as needed throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with Recreation/Activities and Food & Beverage teams to support overall pool operations.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including pool safety awareness.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory counts.
• Always Uphold Dellshire Resort service standards and brand culture.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
