Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Bartender for Dellshire Resort, a pre‑opening destination in Wisconsin Dells. You will craft cocktails, wine, and non‑alcoholic beverages, delivering elevated service in a refined, fast‑paced setting while telling a compelling hospitality story.

The role requires prior bartending experience, knowledge of beverages, and a professional demeanor. You’ll join a team that values collaboration, growth, and guest satisfaction in a growing resort property.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required; restaurant or upscale dining experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service per state law.
• Food and Beverage Service certification (or ability to obtain) within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to established recipes, standards, and guest preferences.
• Provide attentive, engaging, and personalized service to bar and dining guests.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer offerings; make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar, equipment, and service areas.
• Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with laws and company policies.
• Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with ordering as directed.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including card handling and bar setup/breakdown.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold Dellshire Resort service standards at all times.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and support restaurant operations during peak periods.
