Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Bartender for Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin Dells as part of a pre-opening team. You will craft cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages, engage with guests, and foster a welcoming lobby bar atmosphere that sets the tone for memorable experiences.

The ideal candidate has bartending experience, cocktail knowledge, strong guest engagement and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required, hotel or upscale bar preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer; able to make recommendations.
• Strong guest engagement, sales, and communication skills.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service.
• Certification in Responsible Beverage Service or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes and standards.
• Provide attentive, personalized service to bar guests.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and sanitation.
• Verify ID and ensure responsible service.
• Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and inventory counts.
