Job summary

Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin seeks a friendly Bartender for the Swim-Up Bar to craft alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, greet guests, and maintain a spotless, safe poolside service area.

You will follow recipes, verify IDs, handle cash and POS, restock supplies, and collaborate with Recreation, Food & Beverage teams to deliver memorable experiences while upholding resort standards.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in hospitality or resort settings.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation, beer, wine, and beverage service techniques.
• Must meet state age requirements for alcohol service.
• Certification in Food & Beverage Service or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Provide friendly, engaging service around the swim-up bar area.
• Verify guest IDs to ensure compliance with alcohol laws.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area and service stations.
• Monitor guest behavior and consumption to promote a safe environment.
• Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system.
• Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with Recreation/Activities and Food & Beverage teams.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards, including pool rules.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, including cash handling.
