Job summary

Dellshire Resort is seeking a Bartender for the swim‑up bar in Wisconsin Dells. Provide friendly, attentive service, craft cocktails, and handle orders in a high‑energy pool environment.

Responsibilities include verifying IDs, maintaining bar cleanliness, and coordinating with F&B teams to ensure smooth pool operations. Prior resort or hospitality experience is preferred and SB certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred; hospitality or resort experience strongly desired.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation, beer, wine, and beverage service techniques.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service per state law.
• Responsible Beverage Service certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Bartender – Swim Up Bar

Location: Dellshire Resort, Wisconsin Dells (pre‑opening Spring 2026)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to recipes, standards, and guest preferences.
• Provide friendly, engaging, and attentive service to guests in and around the swim‑up bar area.
• Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and resort policies.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar area, equipment, and service stations.
• Monitor guest behavior and consumption to promote a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and inventory throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with Recreation/Activities and Food & Beverage teams to support overall pool operations.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including pool safety awareness.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory counts.
• Uphold Dellshire Resort service standards and brand culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
