Job summary

Dellshire Resort in Dellshire is seeking a Bartender to craft beverages and deliver outstanding guest service at our off-site restaurant bars. You’ll ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with alcohol regulations while contributing to a team-focused, pre-opening environment.

Ideal candidates bring bartending experience, a solid mixology knowledge, and strong multitasking and guest-service skills. Wisconsin beverage certifications and Baraboo area licensure are required within stated

Qualifications

Previous bartending experience required.
Knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beer.
Strong guest service and multitasking skills.
Food Safety Certification and Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Certification within 30 days of starting and must be re-certified as needed.
Bartender license for Baraboo area required.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Provide attentive and engaging service to bar guests.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar area.
Monitor and restock inventory, glassware, and supplies.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws.
Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and promotions.
Assist with bar setup, breakdown, and side work.
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
