Ideal candidates hold ASCA/USA Swimming affiliations, Lifeguard certifications, and Life Time education, with at least one year coaching experience and strong communication skills for guest inquiries.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of swim coaching experience.
• Member of ASCA.
• Member of USA Swimming.
• Complete and pass Life Time Swim Instructor Certification.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods.
• Ability to communicate with guests about Life Time products and services.
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Offers competitive swimmers the opportunity to master technique.
• Runs daily practices under the direction of the head coach.
