A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred, along with necessary lifeguard certifications. Qualifications

• Ability to work with children.
• Teach 1 lesson per week in the pool.
• 3-5 years management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operations to ensure compliance with GSS standards.
• Trains and oversees staff for superior swim instruction and customer service.
• Manages financial responsibilities including cash deposits and budgeting.
