Qualifications

• Two or more years as a swim instructor.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the quality and success of all pool operations.
• Provides leadership and constructive feedback to staff.
• Conducts periodic evaluations of supervisory staff.
• Interacts with parents/guardians to discuss student progress.
• Acts as a substitute Deck Supervisor or Instructor when necessary.
