Goldfish Swim School - Waugh Chapel is seeking a part-time Front Desk Sales & Member Services representative with strong sales skills. You will be one of the first contacts for families, helping them find the right swim lesson program and growing memberships.

You’ll deliver an exceptional family experience through sales, relationship building, and front desk operations, including registrations and lesson scheduling, while contributing to a welcoming environment and a culture-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Support membership growth by connecting with families and guiding them to the right program.
• Deliver exceptional family experiences through sales, relationship building, and front desk operations.
• Process registrations and schedule lessons, maintaining accurate records.
• Provide customer service and resolve questions or concerns from members and families.
• Support birthday parties and in-school events as needed.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized front desk area.
