Goldfish Swim School - Fox Chapel is seeking a part-time Front Desk Sales & Member Services representative. You will be one of the first touchpoints for families, responsible for driving membership growth through sales, relationship-building, and efficient front desk operations.

You will help families find the right swim lesson programs, schedule registrations, and deliver a welcoming experience. The role offers paid training, lifeguard certification, and a predictable weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Sales-focused role with ability to meet enrollment goals
• Comfortable in a warm, humid pool environment
• Willing to obtain lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, AED certification

Responsibilities

• Grow membership by connecting with prospective families and converting inquiries
• Assist with registrations, scheduling lessons, and front desk operations
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve concerns
