Youth Enrichment Brands, LLC operates SafeSplash swim schools and seeks a Customer Care Associate to warmly welcome families, handle front desk operations, and support lead conversion and retention. Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in and around water, with children and parents.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties including terms and conditions processing, aged accounts follow-up, and attendance tracking (via iClassPro or equivalent).
• Answer all incoming calls within three rings and return messages promptly.
• Maintain accurate student attendance records to ensure smooth class operations.
• Assist with facility cleanliness: lobby, observation area, restrooms, and front desk.
• Support daily opening and closing procedures to prepare for customers.
• Support lead conversion through tours, trial lessons, and enrollment follow-ups.
• Address and de-escalate customer issues and proactively engage with parents about progress.
