Job summary

SafeSplash Temple is seeking a Front Desk Associate who is passionate about kids and swimming to assist clients and maintain accounts. The ideal candidate should be hospitable, have a strong focus on customer service, and experience with MS Office. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing client schedules, and handling retail sales. The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, with preferred qualifications including CPR certification and swim lesson experience.

What will you do as a Front Desk Associate?

• Assist clients and visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
• Maintain client accounts by recording accurate and up‑to‑date information; take client payments when necessary; schedule classes and appointments
• Assist clients with retail merchandise; be knowledgeable of all retail products and information; manage retail sales
• Prepare and track donations to non‑profit organizations
• Schedule, promote and participate in special events, and keep all client communications updated and visibly posted in public areas of the lobby

What are we looking for in a Front Desk Associate?

• Happy and professional disposition; hospitable and caring
• Exceptional customer service focus: deliver quality experience and can handle pressure of customer escalations
• Experience using spreadsheets and word processing software such as Microsoft Suite
• Dependable and flexible schedule: will be required to work some evenings and weekends

Preferred qualifications

• Swim lesson and/or competitive swimming experience: knowledge of the four basic strokes, teaching curriculum, and stroke progression
• CPR & First Aid Certified
