SafeSplash Lakewood is seeking a Deck Supervisor to monitor pool safety, guard swimmers, and support our swim instructors. This role requires current Red Cross Lifeguard certification and CPR/AED for adults, children, and swimmers, plus prior swim-instruction experience.

Qualifications

• Lifeguard certification and CPR/AED required.
• Experience in swim instruction is required.
• Must meet American Red Cross lifeguard standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lifeguard on duty and monitor pool area.
• Enforce safety regulations per American Red Cross Lifeguard standards.
• Assist swimmers and swim instructors as needed.
• Provide emergency care and treatments until EMS arrives.
• Prepare and maintain incident reports.
